Antitrust Guidelines
Meeting participants should observe the following antitrust guidance:
No discussion of any company’s confidential or proprietary information;
No discussion or agreements, either explicit or implicit, regarding prices of particular products or services provided by or received by a company;
No forecasting of prices for goods or services;
No discussion of any company’s purchasing plans for particular products or
services;
No discussion of any company’s specific merger/divestment plans, market allocation, production information, refinery runs, inventories and costs (only publicly available information should be discussed or shared);
No agreement among participants regarding the purchase or sale of a product or
service – purchasing and selling decisions are independent company decisions;
No sharing or discussion of specific company compliance costs, unless information is publicly available;
Any discussion regarding potential energy issues or scenarios that may arise must
be limited to generalities. There should be no discussion of how individual companies intend to respond to potential economic scenarios or government action.
No disparagement of any products or third party entities or individuals,
particularly any vendor.

Key Milestones of 2007
In May of 2007, PIDX introduced a PIDX Forum in Dubai, expanding globally beyond its influence in North America and Europe. Additional regional road shows in different regions around the world are being organized. (Buenos Aries Spring 2008)
Business process and transaction document for Field Ticket is underway. Further Detail to follow today and find out more at the BPWG session tomorrow.
Completion of the Phase I, Edition 2 of API RP 76 (Contractor Safety Management for Oil and Gas Drilling Operations) has been passed. The Business Message Phase 2 is well underway.
Key Milestones of 2007 (continues)
PIDX’s Downstream Inventory XSD, PDXR Version 4.0 , RECON (Version 3.1 of the EDI Standard) has just been approved and ready for adoption.
The PIDX PIDD dictionary has been implemented with a new wiki-based technology to provide the PIDX community with an updated and “evergreen” technology.
PIDX Charter revisions completed and ready for approval
PIDX created over 2,200 classification templates for industry products over the years. This year PIDX conducted a major internal study with COP, initiating PIDX classification schema to align SAP Materials Master Database. The Classifications group is then able to offer hundreds of new templates and enhancements to existing PIDX templates.

PIDX Worldwide Adoption
Dubai Middle EastForum
2007In May of 2007, PIDX spread eCommerce Best Practices Adoption beyond North
America and Europe, by introducing PIDX in Dubai.
The Forum connected PIDX Executives and major regional oil companies based in the Arabian Persian Gulf.
PIDX Executives presented Case Histories along with Service and Supply Solutions, revealing global cooperation successes and realizations to all parties.
Attendees included ADMA, ADCO, BAPCO, PDO, Chevron
etc. along with the a team of PIDX executives.
The Success of the PIDX-Middle East Relationship builds the expected expansion of PIDX adoption in this region. A local PIDX group is underway in this area, and if you are interested in getting involved, please contact a PIDX Executive.
