With this you can execute a work item that has either the status readyor the status in process

With this all the deadlines of the work item are displayed and you can change them For more information!

see deadline changes

"f a return value was returned to the workflow system when the work item is executed by the executing

method! you can display it

With this you can forward the work item to other users For further information! refer to

#echnically! the following applies to work items that appear in your workflow resubmissions$ the work item

status is set to waiting! your name is entered as the actual agent! and the requested start dateis set to

the resubmission date

Reserve

With this you can reserve a dialog work item with the status readyfor processing #his work item can thus

no longer be executed by the usual recipient of the work item #he status of the work item changes from

ready to reserved

Replace

With this you can make a work item! that you have reserved for processing! available to all recipients for

processing again All recipients can execute the work item again #he status of the work item changes

from reserved backto ready

%ou can use this function if you need to re&ect execution of a work item for business or technical reasons

#his function is only available for dialog work items
