New from scratch.When we decided we needed to develop a new 35mm cartridge, we came to the conclusion that it had to be new, completely. And so we did. Our team of engineers and project managers got rid of any previ-ous assumptions and came out with a new set of components after an intensive brainstorming. The result is the newly built ENDURA 35 valve. High precision components, along with excellent performing materials make the new ENDURA suitable for virtually any application.

A bunch of technology.Although it looks like a simple plastic device, there is a huge engi-neering effort in every single detail of the ENDURA 35. A complete set of high tech solutions are packed into the ENDURA design, such Glide Feel Technology for a perfect-ly smooth operation, Ceramic Nano Shelter Technology to provide extra durability, Noise Cancelling Technol-ogy to lower the noise level and Ac-cuDue Technology to deliver high pre-cision water saving value.

SedalOX™ 96 RTP, keystone.The new ENDURA features a high performance ceramic set by Sedal Ceramics, our Technical Ceramics Company, where we developed our SedalOX™ 96 ceramic grade from scratch. This 96% Aluminum Oxide Ready To Press (RTP) powder has been formulated to perform

above the grades from our competi-tors thanks to Sedal’s exclusive Nano Shelter Technology™. NS Technology creates nanometer sized deposits for the grease on the disc surface for an extended life cycling. The result is more than double ASME and EN stan-dard cycles in life tests.

Great range, greater possibilities.The new ENDURA 35 valve range provides the manufacturer with 18 different options to develop his products. Water and energy saving technologies, safety temperature regulation, maximum water flow limiter, as well as standard selections are available and fully compat-ible. C1, C2 and C3 NF ECAU regulation versions are also available.

New SISO, SIO, and BISO options.In an world increasingly concerned about environmental and health is-sues, the sanitary business is facing great challenges. To face lead-free regulation and other upcoming norms that will make more difficult to use certain materials in contact with water, SEDAL offers 3 new interfac-es that help in avoiding this issue: SISO (side in-side out), SIO (side in and out) and BISO (bottom in-side out) base con-figurations with threaded inserts. With this solution, that extends the classic distributor and flat bases set, the ENDU-RA cartridge allows the manufacturer to completely avoid contact between fau-cet and water by plugging the inlet and outlet hoses directly into the cartridge.
