Propórtio Montagens e Promoções Ltda. was selected to design and assembly ABTCP 2012

custom stands, taking into account the environment aesthetics, the participants’ comfort and

operation functionalities, to keep the quality standard and homogeneity of facilities adapted to

TEC conditions.

Note: A fine shall be charged in case of termination after assembly is contracted.

Models of custom assembly will be available - box, corner and edge of island - which can be re-

quested by filling up the form Selection of Assembly Type – available at the event hotsite www.

abtcp2013.org.br – Exhibitor Area – Manual/Forms, until 07/12/2013. Payment should be

made by bank slip printed by the exhibitor directly from the event site, on 08/12/13.

Additional items and/or small changes should be negotiated directly with the contracted Assem-

bler. Pay attention to the required area when defining the model.

All EXIBITOR shall maintain in its stand, from the assembly start to the event presentation and

to final disassembly at least one fire extinguisher provided with a charge consistent with the

exhibited products and material used on stand assembly. See further information on page 34 –

item 19 – Fire Extinguisher.

Any Exhibitor requesting the custom assembly may also request, in “Fire Extinguisher Request”

form the location of the fire extinguisher. Related cost amounts to R$ 60.00 for each fire extin-

guisher during the three days of event,

Collection will be made by bank slip created by the electronic manual.

Because this is a reimbursement of expense, ABTCP shall not issue an invoice.

Because of plumbing release, all projects should contain raised floor (10 cm, minimum), inclu-

ding custom assembly projects.

Standard models are shown below:ATTENTION: For options 3 to 10, the identification in the frontlet will be made by sticking

the exhibitor logo. The deadline for sending the logo art is 16/08/2013 and it must be sent to

Propórtio, to the following e-mail: [email protected]. If the exhibitor fails to meet this

deadline he will lose the right to place the logo in the frontlet and will be identified with the

Fantasy Name registered in the system only. In case the exhibitor wishes to include the logo

after the deadline, he must get in touch directly with Fabiani, from Proportio (please see contact

details on page 67) and there will be an additional cost.

DESCRIPTION Of OPTION 1 AND OPTION 2Booth Configuration: No area limitation (booth m2)

Booth Color: Check on page 66 the list of available colors for your booth. It will be necessary to fill out the name of the chosen color in form “Selection of Type of Assembly”.

Floor: graphite padding carpet onto elevated floor, 10 cm high

Walls: modular partitions with structure in black anodized aluminum, with closing panels, in gray color. 3.23 m high.

Storage: with door. There will be an increase of 1m2 for each 30m2 of booth area. Pergola: Partial structure of 16 cm high sleepers over the booth, where lighting will also be placed. Final pergola height will be 3.07 m.

Frontage: modular partitions with structure in black anodized aluminum, with closing colored panels and visual communication.

Identification: Helvetica letters, 10 cm high, in black, up to the limit of 14 letters, applied on a 2.00m x 0.50 m panel

Lighting: with 100W light spots, in the proportion of 100W for each 3 m2.

Sockets: 01 monophase 220V socket, with 0.5 KVA capacity.

Furniture Option 1 and Option 2:

• 01 round glass table with 03 fixed upholstered chairs;

• 02 racks;

• 01 modular desk;

• 01 stool;

• 01 rubbish bin.

For booths larger than 30 m2, the number of tables and chairs will be doubled at each 30 m2 of booth area.

Walls: modular partitions, assembled in octagonal aluminum system, with closing white TS panels. 3.23 m high.


Frontage: modular partitions assembled in octagonal aluminum system, with spider system closing, coated with standard green color. 0.50 m high.

Identification: Logo in cut vinyl sticker with up to 4 colors, applied on white colored adhesive plate. Logo must be forwarded until 16/08/2013. Sending instructions on page 55.
