EC-Retro Fit Frame:• Add 2 1/2" of face material to each dimension or

5" total to the length and width of the cabinet.• Subtract 1 /8" per 3' of face material not to exceed 1"

from either dimension.

EC-F!ex Clip PlacementFirst notch a 3" square from each corner of trimmed flex face material. With the face materialfacing up, fold approximately 2 1/2" of material over the 4" aluminum bar. Slide and center clipover face material and bar, bolt side up. Clip spacing should not exceed 10" on center around theperimeter of the tensioning system. At the start of each corner, place a clip 3-4" from the end forbest results.

EC-Flex System - Bracing Requirements:Vertical bracing should be used once the face size is larger than 4" tall and 8' long. The EC-Frame or Retro-Fit Brace should be used at a maximum of 3' on center. Horizontal bracing maybe required on 4' centers for larger hinged faces. Vertical and horizontal struts should be weldedor double bolted to the frame braces. Size and wall thickness of the vertical struts should bedetermined based on cabinet size and structural needs.

EC-Flex Frame Brace isused when hinging our flexface hinged system or onthe Retro-Fit frame whenthe angle iron frame islarger than 1 1/2". Verticaland horizontal bracing maybe required based on thesize of the cabinet.

The EC-Retro Flex Braceis used with the EC-RetroFrame system whenvertical and horizontalbracing is required.

Note: The vertical struts used with our frame braces shouldbe sized based on the length of the strut.
