No Mudrank-2013lUOR No 19CR-235(2)M-1- Whereas Government of Maharashtra Industries Energy and LaboUr Department vide Government Corrigendulll No PSI-2013(CR-54) IND-8 dated 27th June 2013 amended the Package Scheme of Incentives-2013 declared vide Government Resolution Industries Energy and Labour Department No PSI-2013(CR-54)IINDshy8 dated 1st April 2013 Now therefore in ezercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 9 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act (LX of 1958) (hereinafter referred to as the the said act ) the Government of Maharashtra being satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the public interest herehy Tpmits the stamp duty chargeable on the first instrument of the projectlindustryunits mentioned in column 4 of the schedule appended here to of Schedule-I appended to the said Act for the period starting from the 1st April 2013 and ending on 31st March 2018 (Inclusive of both days) subject to following condition namelyshy

Condition-(i) Any projectindustryunits for which the remission in the stamp duty is granted commits breach of any of the conditions of the Package Scheme of Incentives-2013 shall be liable to pay the whole the stamp duty and penalty if any as if there was no reduction in stamp duty from the beginning

(ii) The projectindustryunits which availed the remission under this order shall not be entitled for remission of the stamp duty as per reduction or remission granted by any other order or rule or by any other policy

Explanation-(1) For this purpose projectindustryunit means which is certified by the Implementing Agency specified under Package Scheme of Incentives-2013 or any other officer authorised in this behalf

(2) Eligible projectindustryunits will be eligible for stamp duty exemption during their investment period
