1. Stairs have to be functional.Its meaning of form goodness, size measure and also materials of stair have to be adapted for existing building as well as have to be accommodated also with building function.

2. Stair have to easy to seen and reached.Its meaning stair location really earn easily reached by its user and not blocked and also enough light.

For public building :a. Wide of stair step 30 cm, and may not less than 22,5 cm.b. High of stair step maximum 19cm and good is 14 – 15 cm.
