Stainless steel banding buckleswith or without teeth (L-type), grade AISI 304, AISI 316 or 201

Element used to band tensioned steel tapes. Banding buckles are widely used in the power industry, telecommunications, road con-struction, aviation, military industry, food industry and coal mining. They are made of stainless steel resistant to corrosion, UV radia-tion and harsh weather conditions. They are also resistant to me-chanical factors such as vibrations and high loads.

Screw banding tool

A manual tool for steel tape installation used for tensioning and cutting steel tape. Equipped with a tape cutting slot. The tool is used in all industries related to the use of steel tape, including in te-lecommunications, electrical engineering, food industry, aviation, road construction, military industry, coal mining.

The tool is made of galvanized cast steel, very durable and lightwe-ight, the weight is less than 1850 grams.

The design of the tool allows for tape tensioning with great force.

The tool consists of two elements: a tensioning crank and a me-chanism for gripping and stabilising the tape together with a cut-ting slot.

The high quality of the tool allows for its long-term use in difficult conditions, susceptible to external mechanical damage.

Steel tape shears

Specialized shears made of high quality stainless steel for effec-tive and safe cutting of steel tapes. Stainless steel blades enable easy cutting of steel tapes. Design enables safe cutting of steel tapes with a width of up to 30 mm. The shears are equipped with a safety device ensuring the stabi-lisation of the cut tape and additional protection against opening.

The universal handle of this tool is suitable for users with all hand sizes.
