Miss Terri’s TurnRECITAL IS 10 WEEKS AWAY!!!

That is not much! So we have a lot to do in order to get ready for recital!!! We will now add our RIOT class, finish up dances, order recital shirts, ad sales and flower sales. All costumes that needed to be ordered through the studio have been ordered and are starting to arrive now. All costumes that you need to order on your own must be ordered by now.

The recital theme for this semester is “Under The Big Top…”. Our 12th Recital is fun Circus theme!! We will need fun clown or circus type light up and glow in the dark accessories for the finale this year!

I would like to encourage dancers interested in taking solos, duets and trios to dance competition next year to start your private lessons this summer to possibly be able to go to an earlier competition next year. We will be exploring other competitions next year and a lot of them are earlier in the year that are close to us, so please keep this in mind. Please call and make your private lessons time for the summer schedule now. I will start classes and private lessons June 22nd.

Be sure to mark your calendar for the upcoming Saturday Finale Practices. Each student is required to attend at least one of these practices!!! However, I highly encourage all of you to come to all practices. Sometimes we find it necessary to make small changes that will affect your child in the finale and I wouldn’t want them to miss any changes. Also, since we do have a Circus Production this year, I would greatly appreciate all classes in the Production to come to all production practices. This is the only time we will be able to practice the production as a whole.

I am going to start this list now for recital t-shirts to make sure I don’t miss anyone and give our t-shirt people a little longer. I also need to know how many years you have danced at Center Stage!! All of my 10 year students will receive a very special award this year!! I will still be giving awards for students 5+ years as well!!

RIOT CLASSES BEGIN!!!RIOT class will be on Tuesday nights from 7:45 – 8:30pm!! Class will begin April 18th!! All parents, kids, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc. are encouraged to come join the fun!! It’s almost time for our annual dance recital…. So here’s your checklist to make sure you have everything ready to go!

Costume fits and is ready for the stage! Rhinestones (if needed) are glued and ready to go!!

Do you have your tights, shoes, accessories, make-up, hair necessities?

Paid tuition through June 8th , AND Recital fees Due by May 15th

Turned in Ad Sales, Recital t-shirt order form, and Flower order form BY April 15th

Invite all my friends and family to the dance recital on June 10th at 2pm, doors open at 1:15pm. The show is FREE to watch!!!

Come to at least one of the Saturday Finale Practices! Production dancers need to come to both Saturday’s.
