Currently, a user must pay through NMLS and then schedule through Prometric's website. With this release, user will pay and schedule a test appointment through NMLS. As part of this enhancement you'll notice that as part of paying for a test, a Candidate Agreement is being introduced.

OverviewAs a part of streamlining the test enrollment process, a Candidate Agreement must be accepted in order to schedule an appointment.
What is the Candidate Agreement?Also called, Candidate Test Security and Confidentiality Agreement, the agreement outlines the terms and conditions for those taking the SAFE MLO Test. Example of included items:
• Test is confidential & cannot be shared
• Candidate must comply with the test site's Rules of Conduct
• Penalties for breaching agreement
• SRR has the right to invalidate a test result
Overview The Candidate Agreement must be accepted (by the individual) prior to scheduling a test appointment. This agreement did not exist prior to this release. What is the Candidate Agreement? The Candidate Agreement outlines the rights and responsibilities of test candidates throughout the testing process. Candidate Test Security and Confidentiality Agreement sections: • The SAFE MLO Test is a confidential, copyrighted test, and you cannot share or
discuss it. • Soliciting or studying from confidential SAFE MLO Test content prior to taking the
test is prohibited. • You must also comply with the Test Taker's Rules of Conduct (ROC) at the test
site.
• The penalties for breaching this Agreement are serious. • SRR has the right to cancel your test score. • You must cooperate in any future investigation related to test security. • You must report improper test-related conduct if you become aware of it. • You must agree to comply with these terms before you can test.

Test enrollments created on or after Saturday, 10/4 will require the individual to accept the Candidate Agreement. Any enrollments paid by the company on or before Friday, 10/3 will not require a Candidate Agreement. Both companies & individuals will have the ability to reschedule or cancel a test appointment through NMLS.

Manage Test Appointments
• Company users will be able to view a list of all test enrollment windows, as well as see enrollments by the following status categories:
o Schedule Appointments – Test Eligible to be scheduled
o Reschedule/Cancel Appointments – Scheduled appointments
o Awaiting Candidate Agreement Acceptance – Test enrollments paid by company for which the MLO has yet to accept agreement
• Company users have the ability to export a list of all test enrollment windows
As part of this enhancement, company users are also given the ability to manage test appointments. Since scheduling is done through NMLS that means, users will have access to see appointment information. Export feature will open as a CSV file through Excel. This feature can be used to see all associated individual's open enrollment windows and where they stand within the testing process: • Does the company need to send reminder emails to those individuals who still show
as “Awaiting Candidate Agreement Acceptance”? • Is there a large number of individuals who show as “Schedule Appointment”?

View Testing Information• The following are the new statuses that will display in the
Status column:
– Scheduled, Ready to Schedule, Awaiting Candidate Agreement
• The Appointment Date column will not display the time of appointment.
• The Location column will only display the city and state of testing center.
Applicable to company and individual perspective. Federal institutions will continue to NOT have access to see any testing and education information for any MLO (regardless of institution access).
