E-Portfolios allow users to store student and staff documents in secure, centralized electronic folders in Administrator’s Plus. Think of an E-Portfolio as a computerized file cabinet. Just as schools can collect and store folders of students’ paper records in physical file cabinets, E-Portfolios act as digital file cabinets, allowing schools to collect and manage digital versions of students’ documents. E-Portfolios become an important part of each student’s educational record and follows them through their years at your school.

• View E-Portfolios for individual students or for all students. Sort by student name, date, file type, description, and more.

• Automatically add any document created within Administrator’s Plus to students’ E-Portfolios as a PDF.

• Scan or browse for documents to add to students’ E-Portfolios.

• Allow teachers to add documents from the TeacherPlus Portal.

• Give parents access to E-Portfolio documents online with the ParentPlus Portal.

• Use staff E-Portfolios for teacher evaluations, certifications, awards, and other relevant staff documents.

• Powerful security features let you control who has rights to E-Portfolio files.

Fast, Secure Access to All Student Documents

Instead of sifting through folders for a specific paper transcript or old report, just check the student or staff E-Portfolio to call up the document you need. For example, when it’s time to produce a transcript for a student, there is no need to generate a new one, just reprint the last one in the E-Portfolio.

There are limitless possibilities for what you can store:

 Report Cards
