Staff at Denver Headquarters
ongress preparations involve everyone at C AORN Headquarters, not just those who will be attending Congress in Houston. The Headquar- ters staff are an invaluable part of making Congress happen because they make sure that the Head- quarters office runs smoothly and that those who attend Congress can do their jobs. Their contributions are greatly appreciated.

Baggage Rules For Travelers If an airline looses your luggage, you must file a lost or damaged bag claim in a timely manner to qualify for reimbursement. Airlines state in their rules that they may not be liable for damaged bags if the traveler does not report the problem within a certain period of time. Unfortunately for the traveler, each airline differs in its filing requirement.
The following are deadlines for each carrier. Continental-4 hours, Delta-21 days, Eastern-7 days, Northwest-4 hours, Pan Am-45 days, Piedmont-45 days, TWA-1 day, United-1 day (United requires passengers to pick up luggage within 30 minutes after arrival), and US Air-45 days.
