Theory: An Enquiry” on 1 September 2014.

Conducted the Internal Audit of the Department of English, Meenakshi College for

Women, Chennai on 24 September 2014.

Delivered the Valedictory Address at an International Seminar on “Emerging Trends

in Literature” at Bharathi Women’s College, Chennai on 11 December 2014.

Mrs. Lavanya R, Assistant Professor in Department of Psychology, CTTE college for

women has conducted a Skill development session in “Seragugal “ of Gold Heart Foundation

on 14,October, 2018 at Muthukumaraswamy College. The session focused on “Exam

Anxiety” with regard to college students. The session covered on how to identify exam

anxiety, intensity of fears, reason of anxiety and how to overcome and manage effectively.

Nearly 25 students got benefited from the session.

Mrs. Lavanya R, Assistant Professor in Department of Psychology, CTTE college for

women has conducted a Skill development session in “Seragugal “ of Gold Heart Foundation

on 16, September, 2018 at Muthukumaraswamy College. The session covered “Teenage

stress” with regard to the life style of current generation. The session focused on root causes

of stress from various sources like smart phone addiction, fast food culture, peer pressure,

academic tension, worries related family and personality issues. Nearly 25 students got

benefited from the session.

Mrs. Sabhyata Verma counselor Assistant Professor of Psychology Department was

invited as a resource person at Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, Nashik

on 3rd

November 2018 .

She presented a case study on organizational behavior which shared the challenges of

hiring expats for a key strategic portfolio in an organization.
