Q. WHAT IS AN IPASS?A. An i-Pass CD-ROM is an interactive tool for all papers, simulating a computer-based exam format and offering unlimited computer-based

question practice. The i-Pass helps you evaluate how well you know the ACCA syllabus.

Q. WHAT ARE PASSCARDS?A. Passcards are designed to correspond to the structure and content of the ACCA Study Texts in a handy, A6 size, spiral-bound revision tool

for candidates on the go. The Passcards feature many diagrams and illustrations to help you memorise information and consolidate your knowledge – all synchronised with the ACCA official study manuals.

Q. WHAT ARE THE REVISION KITS?A. Revision Kits are published for all papers. They contain both long answer and multiple choice, which reflect the questions you will encounter

in the exam so you can refine your exam technique.

Q. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?A. If the item was showing In Stock when you placed your order then it will be despatched within 24 hours of receipt. If it was showing Out of

Stock then there will be a short delay of between 7 and 14 days. You will receive an email from us when your order is despatched from our Sydney warehouse giving you the despatch details.

Q. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?1) If you have selected the standard delivery option your order will be sent by Australia Post e-parcel service. We require a signature on delivery, if

you are not at the address when the item is delivered, a calling card will be left for pick up at your nearest Australia Post Office. Delivery times vary depending on your location: Sydney metro 1-2 working days, rest of Australia 3-8 working days. Orders to New Zealand

will take up to 8 working days, and are distributed by a local New Zealand courier company.

2) EXPRESS POST - If you have selected Express Post option at extra cost, your order will be delivered the next business day for most metropolitan areas, and in 2 days for most regional areas. The cut off for Express Post orders is 10am. Orders received after 10am will be sent the next business day. Please ring Customer Service on 1300 260 090 immediately if you need to upgrade your order for a faster delivery.

Q. WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?A. If we cannot supply an item from your order because it is out of stock then we will email you a report each week showing you the items that

are still on order and the current expected delivery date. Please read the key at the end of that email which will help you understand this report.

Q. WHAT DOES “AVAILABLE IN APPROX 7 OR 14 DAYS” MEAN WHEN I SEE IT ON THE FOOTPRINT BOOKS WEBSITE?A. Items marked “Available in Approx 7 Days” are in transit to us and should be despatched within a week. Items marked “Available in Approx 14

days” have only just been ordered and will be despatched in two weeks.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW I AM GETTING THE MOST CURRENT VERSION?A. The lifespan of each of the resources is specified at the top of the description on each item shown on our website. Click on the Detail button

to see this description. Sometimes there may be a month gap between the old and the new edition being available. Please refer to the title you require on the website for this information. The material for the next period will not be available until a month before the course starts.

Q. CAN I ORDER IF I DO NOT LIVE IN AUSTRALIA OR NEW ZEALANDA. If you wish to purchase ACCA titles from outside of Australasia then you should purchase them from the BPP Media website at http://www.bpp.com/learning-media-listing/lmlist/3197
