• Manages 5 dairy farms with 12.000 head capacity total, and 1 research farm:
– Farms with ISO:9001/2008 and IQNet certificates and certificates for «Holding free from diseases» and «EU Approved Dairy Farm»
• Manages Livestock Selection and Certification Center, buy/sell heifers to its suppliers.
• Manages Livestock Fattening Farm, raises male calves for meat.

• Grows fodder plants and produces GMO free compound feed for its farms and its raw milk suppliers.
• Produces and buys high quality raw milk from its suppliers.
• Conducts hygiene, quality and conformity analysis at every stage of value chain.

• Uses high technology and applies high production standards at processing:
– Both dairy processing facilities approved for export to the EU,
– Certified for export to Russia,
– Exports to 25 countries, including US and Japan.
• Invests in R & D and innovation in new products and packaging.
• Ensures fast distribution of products w/o breaking the cold chain.
• Invests in management of manure and treatment of wastes:
– Generation of electricity from biogas
– Production of compost

• 2 Dairy Cattle Training Center & Applied Farms located in Karacabey and Aksaray.

– 4 days of theoritical and on the job training in 2 applied farms
– Dairy farmers training set of 13 books and CD, covering information for managing whole chain of milk production (inc. Animal health)

• Cooperation in Training with 3 Universities: the first University-Sector collaboration example in Turkey
• Skill –building of students from Karacabey and Aksaray Vocational Training Schools (Dairy Technology, Laboratory and Veterinary Medicine and Livestock Raising, Feed Technology and Animal Feeding programs, through provision of:
– training and internship opportunities in Sütaş’s premises for students from cooperating Vocation Training Schools (VTSs),
– trainers to cooperating VTSs, and accommodation of VTSs students.

• Arranges contract farming for high quality fodder crop and milk production.
• Provide guidance through its highly qualified staff to its suppliers .
• Supplies feed rations to farmers according to the requirements of dairy cattle.
• Buys heifers from farmers, raises and inseminates them and sells pregnant heifers to its raw milk suppliers/adds to its own herd.
• Buys high quality raw milk from 28.000 dairy farmers.
• Collects manure and farm waste from dairy farmers, and convert it to electricity and compost.
