Clare College is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge. Various leaks on the existing felt roof were apparent. Roofing Contractors Cambridge Ltd apllied Wethan 275 and reinforced the detailing with Wethan 280 Flashing to approximately 300m2. St Regis House is accommodation for graduates which is owned by Clare College Cambridge.
