Sunday Masses: St Peter’s Church:- Saturday Vigil 6.15pm; Sunday 8.00am; 11.00am;12.15pm Our Lady of Lourdes:- Saturday Vigil 7.30pm; Sunday 9.30am;10.30am; 12 noon. It has been a very busy August. We thank our staff, volunteers and all who helped in the lead up to, and during the Fleadh and the World Meeting of Fami- lies. The efforts of so many proved to be very worthwhile. We pray blessings on all families at this time. We remember especially all children starting school, entering secondary school and those starting col- lege. As part of our welcome programme for the Fleadh and the development of St. Oliver Plunkett’s Shrine, a pop-up shop was located in St. Peter’s Church. The reaction to the shop has been very positive and we are delighted that a team of volun- teers will continue to operate it. Mass cards, reli- gious and seasonal items, Baptismal candles in stock. Opening times: 11.00am – 3.00pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday. There will be a second collection at all Masses this weekend for the Sick & Retired Priests of the Diocese. Thank you for your support. Autumn Dues for the support of the priests of the parish will be collected over the coming weeks. Thank you. The demon- stration will be given by Bloom award winner Lorraine O’Brien. All welcome. Table Quiz for India takes place in the Westcourt Hotel on Friday 7th September at 8pm. €40 per table of 4. All proceeds raised will fund the India Project in conjunction with St. Joseph’s CBS Secondary School. We welcome your support. Vocation Discernment Saturday 22nd September 10am-7pm. The Dominican Nuns, Siena Convent invite young women (20 -40years) for reflection, prayer and sharing on the theme of vocation.
