Dear Friends, Today Catholics begin the holiest week of the year. Celebrating Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday, with devotion is the best way to conclude a lent well-observed --- and to make up for a Lent poorly-kept. On Holy Thursday (bilingual) we celebrate the Last Supper and institution of the Eucharist at 7:00pm On Good Friday we remember Christ’s atoning perfect sacrifice on the cross: English: Stations of the Cross at 12:00pm Liturgy and Verneration of the Cross at 2:00pm Spanish: Passion Play at 5:00pm Station of the Cross at 6:00pm Liturgy and Veneration of the Cross at 7:00pm On Holy Saturday (bilingual) we have blessings of the fire, Scriptures, Sacraments of Initiation and Easter Eucharist at 8:00pm I hope to see you many times during these special days of retreat! Here is a list of all the fun events the youth ministry will be hos ng for the month of APRIL: March 25th – Life Night Topic Night – Our discussion for the night will be on “How Does God Guide Us.”
April 1st – No Youth Night – Enjoy Easter Sunday and the celebra on of the Risen Christ!
April 8th – Topic Night - Join us as we discuss the Holy Spirit.
April 15th – Paint Night – Don’t know how to paint, then join us for a wonderful night of learning.
April 22nd – Topic Night – Join us as we discuss the topic of Prayer.
April 29th – Adora on Night – Join us as we pray before the blessed sacrament. A er we will hang out and play games.
