Today is World Communion Sunday. we
join with churches around the world and
every denomination to celebrate the
sacrament of Holy Communion in all
worship services today.
Wine is served on the outer circles of the
tray and white grape juice is served on the
inner circles of the tray. Homebound
members can call the church office to
schedule a minister to come to your home
for home communion.

SYMPATHY
Christian love and sympathy is extended to the family of Mrs. Karen Karwoski, mother of Ben (Emily)
Karwoski. Funeral services were held last week in Bluffton, Indiana. (* note: Ben served at St. John’s 2011-
2014 as Youth Director).

Monday Oct. 19th
at 7:00 pm the Triumphant Quartet and Wallace State Singers will present Caring for Cullman
Concert at the Cullman Civic Center. Doors open at 6:00 pm. Proceeds of the concert go to The Good
Samaritan Health Clinic. Ticket outlets : Good Samaritan Health Clinic, Borden Family Pharmacy, The Added
Touch, The Added Touch Too, and Yates Chance Bookstore. A love offering will be received during the
concert. If you are unable to attend the concert and would like to make a donation, to :
