PARISH NEWS PRIMARY SCHOOL 2021 ADMISSIONS: For those carers or parents who wish to apply for a primary school place for their child, intake September 2021: Please submit your child’s “Parish Priest’s Reference Form” to the office in the Presbytery via the letterbox. Please provide the child’s baptism details, if at St. John the Baptist, or otherwise a photocopy of the baptism certificate. Canon John will contact you, if there are any queries. In this time of “lockdown” completed forms will be posted direct to the school, as the schools in fact request.

Margaret Roper School: Our parish school has recently produced a virtual tour video as a way for people to see the school at work (and play!) in these times when open days are problematic. Take a look and tell other parents, who might be looking at this time for a Catholic school for their child, about this. The video can be found as “Explore the School” on the school’s website homepage: www.margaretroper.croydon.sch.uk.

Alternatively email us the names. Donations can also be made direct to the parish bank account (details on Newsletter). The Masses will be offered for the Holy Souls. New names of the deceased will be added to our Book of Remembrance in the sanctuary.

Purley Catenians:We are a local group of Catholic family men who come together in faith and friendship.
