New Parishioners: Please fill out a registration form in the back of church or

online.

Baptism: Parents must contact the Parish Office at least 3 months prior to the

Baptism for complete guidelines.

School of Religion: Religious Formation for youth Pre-K thru high school. CCD

is held on Sundays at 9:00am during the school year.

Marriage: Please contact the Pastor at least (6) months prior to your anticipated

wedding date for complete details.

Sick/Shut-In: Please inform the parish office when someone is sick, shut-in or

hospitalized.

Funeral: Please contact the Parish Office ONLY before making any arrange-

ments with a funeral home.

What are anxiety disorders? Everyone feels anxious now and then, but there is a difference between everyday anxiety and having an anxiety disorder. Peo-ple with anxiety disorder feel overwhelmed when there is no real danger, and they take extreme action to avoid the source of their anxiety. Types of anxiety disorders include: • Phobias-intense fear of certain objects or situations. • Panic disorder-marked by unexpected attacks of fear-panic

attacks-and the constant fear of having these attacks. • Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)-involves constant

worry that the worst will happen. This anxiety lasts for at least 6 months.

• Obsessive –compulsive disorder (OCD)-involves having thoughts or practicing rituals that the person can’t control.

• Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)-a delayed reaction to a traumatic event.

If you think you have an anxiety disorder there are many car-ing professionals who can help. Be sure to contact a licensed mental health professional, or your primary care physician who can refer you to a mental health professional.
