They hoped to humiliate him, or lead him to say something, which contravened the law. They may even have been hoping to trap Jesus into rejecting the concept of the resurrection of the dead, as they themselves did.     Pioneer’s Haven Church Visits:

    We leave Luseland from the church at 1:30 p.m. and are usually back by approx 3:30 p.m. The service itself takes about ½ hr and then we have coffee and visit with the residents for a bit. schedule of dates for the year is as follows:
