BAPTISMS, PARISH RELIGIOUS EDUCATION,
WEDDINGS & QUINCEAÑERAS
Every parishioner should be registered in our parish. Registration
in our parish is a requirement for all individuals seeking sacraments
whether it be Baptism, First Holy Communion, Confirmation or
Marriage. Only registered parishioners are allowed to celebrate these
sacraments and other events like a Quinceañera or Sweet Sixteen
Mass. All parishioners need to be registered, using their offertory
envelopes, and attending Mass on a regular basis for at least three
months before enrolling in our Religious Education Program or
seeking any form of religious celebration. Please take a moment to
stop by the Parish Office and complete a parish registration infor-
mation card and schedule yourself to attend our parish Newcomers
Orientation & Registration & Meeting! Weddings, Quinceañeras and
Birthday Masses need to be scheduled at least 6 months in advance.
BAUTISMOS, CATECISMO, BODAS & QUINCEAÑERAS
TODO feligrés debe de estar Registrado en nuestra parroquia.
Registración en nuestra parroquia es un requisito para todas las
personas que buscan recibir un sacramento, ya sea Bautismo,
Primera Comunión, Confirmación o Matrimonio. Sólo los
feligreses registrados pueden celebrar estos sacramentos y otros
eventos como Quinceañeras o Misa de Dieciséis Años. Todo
feligrés debe registrarse, utilizar sus Sobres de Ofertorio y asistir a
Misa de forma regular por lo menos tres meses antes de inscribirse en
nuestro Programa de Educación Religiosa o búsqueda de
cualquier celebración religiosa. Tómese un momento para llegar a la
Oficina Parroquial y completar una tarjeta de información de registro y
planear asistir a una Junta de Orientación & Registración Parroquial.
Bodas, Quinceañeras y Misas de Cumpleaños deben ser
programadas por lo menos 6 meses antes de la celebración.

our liturgical ministries.

MEDITACIÓN DEL EVANGELIO – ALENTAR UN ENTENDIMIENTO MÁS PROFUNDO
DE LA ESCRITURA

16º Domingo del Tiempo Ordinario
La Liturgia de hoy evoca la figura del pastor. Figura muy fuerte en tiempos de Jesús. Un pastor cuida, protege y da la vida
por sus ovejas. También existen los malos pastores y se distingue su mal proceder. Este Evangelio, también es recordado
el IV domingo de Pascua. Jesús es el Pastor de Pastores, basta el mirar su proceder para ver lo mucho que nos ama y bus-
ca nuestro bien en todo momento. La primera lectura nos describe los rasgos de los malos pastores. Así, que, si los inverti-
mos veremos claramente las características de los buenos pastores.
¿Actualmente a quienes se les dice pastores? Bueno, no es solamente los pastores en la iglesia. Pastores son las personas
que cuidan y protegen y guían a otros. Se les puede llamar pastores a los padres de familia, a los maestros, a los abuelitos
y a toda persona que tiene bajo su cuidado, de alguna forma, el hogar, la escuela o la oficina. El Evangelio nos dice que
Jesús dijo a sus discípulos: “Vámonos aparte, a un lugar retirado, y descansarán un poco. Porque eran tantos los que iban y
venían que no les quedaba tiempo ni para comer” (Marcos 6:31-32). Lo que paso a los apóstoles, les pasa a los padres de
familia responsables del cuidado de sus hijos. Son tantas las idas y venidas que no hay tiempo ni para comer. ¡Señor Je-
sús, deseo que tú seas mi Pastor y mi Maestro en todo lo que hago! Guíanos a todos y cúranos de nuestras heridas por
esta pandemia. El mundo entero te necesita, no nos abandones. Oremos juntos: “El Señor es mi Pastor nada me falta; en
verdes pastos él me hace reposar. A las aguas de descanso me conduce, y reconforta mi alma” (Salmo 23: 1-3).
