This year there will be a limited number of breakfast club spaces and it will work on a first come first serve basis. On receiving your form we will let you know if you have a space. My child will be attending breakfast club (8:30-10:00) at an extra charge of £5 per child for the week. (Please note for breakfast club children must arrive before 9am). YES NO

I give my permission, where it is impractical to communicate with me, for my child to receive medical attention at the authorisation of the person in charge of Holiday Club. I further authorise the use of an ambulance and/or anaesthetic by a qualified practitioner if in his/her opinion it is necessary.

Please note that we frequently take pictures of all our church events and may display these on our church notice boards and website. Please notify us if you do not want your child to appear in such photographs. (We never associate names with photographs on displays).

St. Andrew’s Church (Royal Parade) are holding another Holiday Club this summer!

Join Professor Proton at this year’s science themed holiday club: ‘Time Lab’. There will be explosions, experiments, crazy games, a time

machine and much more! Most importantly, we will be learning more about our saviour, Jesus.

‘Time Lab’ is for ANYONE CURRENTLY AT PRIMARY SCHOOL.

The price is £20 per child with a maximum charge of £45 per family if more than one sibling is enrolling. This includes: all materials, a t-shirt and snacks

for the week.

If your child would like to join us then please complete the form opposite and return it with payment by Friday 12th July to:
