As a presales solution architect I produced architecture for a J2EE (Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition) based IVR in front solution was designed with centralized IBM WAS (Websphere Application Server) having HTTP communication on WAN MPLS (Multi-Protocol Label Switching) with IBM WVRs (Websphere Voice Response) located at circle data centers taking ISDN PRI input from GSM switches stationed locally. In this engagement, I designed the architecture for integrating IVR application with Prepaid Intelligent (IN) System using Webservices provided by Unified Prepaid Charging Interface for facilitating prepaid customers real-time details such as balance, recharge, and deductions. I used various hardware and software platforms in this project such as IBM xSeries, pSeries, OS platforms such as AIX, Windows, Oracle RAC (Real ApplicationCluster), Websevices, Rational Application Developer (RAD), Rational Software Architect (RSA) for designing and solution the project.In the capacity of an application architect I designed the architecture for enterprise solutions working with a Major Wireless Provider Account, where I lead the team in developing various voice applications in the enterprise domain. My responsibilities include working with the customer from concept to deployment of the application. I played a pivotal role in solution design, implementation, and roll-out of the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) integration with the AMDOCS billing system. I provided voice based solutions, manage critical projects pertaining to prepaid integration with Intelligent Network System, 121 marketing IVR, and products like Real-time Charging and Care (RECC), Dynamic Discounted Service (DDS), Media Service Gateway (MSG), and solution for mitigating default routing. As subject matter expert (SME) for voice services, I provided critical support for resolution of high severity issues/outages related to inbound contact center and IVR.In the capacity of an integration Architect, I designed and developed the Extraction Transformation Loading (ETL) layer for transforming subscriber info from BSCS, Amdocs and UPSS databases to IVR local database. In this engagement, I enhanced the IVR application by designing an Enterprise JavaBean (EJB) client interface to interact with the AMDOCS billing system for fetching real-time billing details. I build the Extraction Transformation Loading (ETL) layer for transforming billing data from AMDOCS database (DB) to IVR DB. The IVR interfaced with Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Open Data Source (ODS) using JDBC thin client connection to get customer online details.For integrating IVR application to SOA oriented Enterprise Application Integration hub I designed a JMS based message queue framework for the IVR application. I designed an XML synthesizer using Java Architecture for XML Binding (JAXB) based marshalling and unmarshalling Java pattern for building dynamic XML data, this XML data be used for transporting data to EAI hub.I was one of the key contributors in transforming clients legacy Customer Care Voice Platform to IBM proposed centralized Customer Care solution over the WVR (WebSphere Voice Response) Platform. I played a critical role in setting up infra at the circle and central data centre and successfully rolling out the centralized IVR solution on WVR platform PAN (Presence Across Nation) India. The IVR services 6 Million calls in a day. I also designed and developed Disaster Recovery for the centralized IVR solution, conducted the drill successfully that met agreed SLAs for RPO and RTO.I played a pivotal role in initial setup and streamlining of 24x7 Operational Support along with interviewing and selection responsibilities pertaining to formation of Support and Delivery Team required for the 121 - Promotional IVR.
I carried out the required infrastructure expansion for the centralized Customer Care IVR to address the clients business strategies and future goals.

November 2007 to March 2009 | Project Lead | Span Services, Bangalore, India I was the project lead for Vocalocity Inc. account where I led a team of VXML (Voice Extensible Markup Language) and J2EE (Java2 Enterprise Edition), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) & Call Control XML (CCXML) developers in developing small business VOIP phone services and applications many mobile care voice applications for large US based VOIP phone carriers. As the technical lead, I was responsible for solution design, implementation and deployment of applications on their HDAP Platform.
