Consolidate all parts and revised the proposal based on EoF’s

– CARE: Project background, Monitoring and Evaluation, Sustainability

– RECOFTC: Component 2, project timing, methodology and operation mechanism

– OXFAM: Component 3, Risks analysis, log frame– CDA: Component 1– TDI: Gender and Environment

• Incorporate comments from other members of CCWG and VCSO&CC (during the monthly meeting)

• Project approval of VUSTA and aid verification of Ministry of Finance (5/09)
