    Saratoga Reads Lego Contest

    Special Rules:

    Prizes will be awarded in five categories:

    Grades K-2, Grades 3-5, Grades 6-8, Grades 9-12, Family Team

    Prizes:

    Within each category there will be a 1st place winner.

    Prize Ribbons:

    Prize ribbons will also be awarded for the following categories:

    Most Creative, Best Architectural, Best Saratoga Reads!

    Rules:1. Entry form and $10 entry fee* must be received by February 5, 2013.2. Participants must provide your own Lego bricks.3. Entries must be your own creation, not a Lego kit.4.All entries must be completed upon arrival to event.5. One entry per participant or team where applicable.6.Your creation must fit within a space of 18in x 24in.7. Team projects will be placed in the category of the oldest participant on the team.

    Individual entries will not be permitted for team participants. Please note that whileall members of a team will receive a participation prize, a team will compete for asingle prize.

    8. Please provide a 3x5 sign/card with your name(s), grade(s), book title and onesentence describing your creation and display it with your creation at the event.

    9. Completed projects must be set up between 9:30 and 10:30 on the morning of theevent.

    10.A team of local Lego and Saratoga Reads enthusiasts will conduct the judging.11.Completed entries must be taken home by 1:00pm on Tuesday, February 19th.12.Disclaimer: LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not
