TROPHY MANAGEMENT
• SA RUGBY will appoint a person to manage the movement of the Trophy during the tour. This person will be responsible for themovement and safety of the Trophy at all times. The Trophy will be carried as hand luggage on any flights
STORAGE • The trophy will be kept in a safe overnight and transported in the official case
HANDLING OF THE TROPHY• Only the RWC winning squad and authorized personnel will be allowed to handle the Trophy• The team may handle the Trophy without gloves all other people will wear gloves to handle the Trophy
BRANDING• When on display the Trophy will be displayed on World Rugby approved branded plinth in front of the World Rugby backdrop• No Sponsor branding will be associated with the Trophy
SECURITY • Security will be with the cup whenever it is in public and will manage the process of the public getting photographs next to the Trophy
INSURANCE • SA Rugby will take out insurance for the Trophy to the value of ₤30,000
POST TOUR• The Trophy will be displayed in a secure area of the SA Rugby Offices in Cape Town
