Welcome to all of you who have recently moved into our community! We hope you are enjoying your new home and we look forward to a long and happy relationship with you. Remember that the staff is here ready to serve you. Please contact the office if we can help in any way or if you have any questions about your new home. Patios/Balconies/Breezeways With spring fast approaching, now would be a great time for everyone to clean up their patios and balconies. We would also like to remind everyone that breezeways are not to be used for storing bikes or other miscellaneous items. Trash should be taken to the dumpsters immediately and not placed outside of doorways. Thanks for your assistance in helping to keep our community looking great! A Community for All Seasons Renting has year-round advantages, but we are now entering the seasons that have special reasons for continuing to remain with us. Spring arrives this month, and summer is just around the corner. You can spend endless hours mowing, manicuring and fertilizing your lawn, or you can enjoy the delightful weather and let us take care of it for you. Home repairs can take more than just time. They can also take money, and depending on the size of the repair, lots of it. When you are renting with us, we take care of these things for you. So sit back, relax and enjoy the season and let us spend our time maintaining your home. Spring Forward Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead on Sunday, March 12 as Daylight Saving Time begins! Be Pet Smart Everyone is enjoying the warmer weather – even our pets. Please remember to be a responsible pet owner. Keep your pets on a leash and clean up after them so we can all enjoy the community grounds. Litter Control With spring comes brisk winds. Gusty winds can scatter litter all over the community if not properly disposed of or placed in the trash receptacles. Our maintenance team tries their best to keep the grounds free of trash. Please do not litter, and make sure all your trash is secured in the dumpster. Thank you for helping us keep our community beautiful. Spring Storms Good news – winter is almost over! But sometimes spring can bring bad weather as well. Strong storms and tornadoes may occur frequently during the spring. We want you to be prepared. Make sure you have a plan for severe weather. • Designate an interior room (perhaps a closet or bathroom) for everyone to gather. • Keep a working flashlight and radio handy. • Listen to the weather reports carefully. • Never underestimate warnings or watches. It is always better to be safe than sorry. National Women’s History Month We take this time to recognize all the accomplishments of women throughout the years and thank those women close to us for the impact they have had on our lives. We appreciate you. Thanks for all you do!
