INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut out the flags and/or circles. A 2” circle punch is the perfect tool for this project!

2. Fold flags in half so ends match up.

3. Apply glue or double-sided tape to center of circles and flags.

4. Use a straw or bamboo skewer, wrap the flags around and for circles use two back to back.
