Creamy Southwest Chipotle Dip

Serves: 16 (2 tbsp. per serving) • Prep Time: 5 minutes

2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, canned

2 tbsp. fresh cilantro

2 garlic cloves, peeled

½ of a lime, juiced

1½ cups reduced-fat sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp. Simple Indulgence™

Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend

salt and pepper, to taste

Place the peppers, cilantro, and the garlic cloves in the base of the Chop ’N Prep™ Chef. Replace the cover

and pull the cord 4–5 times to finely chop. Place the lime juice, sour cream, mayonnaise, Seasoning Blend,

salt and pepper in the base of the Whip ’N Prep™ Chef. Add the chopped ingredients to the Whip ’N Prep™

Chef. Replace the cover and turn handle to blend thoroughly. Remove beaters, seal, and chill in the refrigerator

until ready to serve.

Almond Chimichurri


2 garlic cloves, peeled

¾ cup fresh cilantro

¾ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley

¼ cup slivered almonds

⅛ cup red wine vinegar

4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper

Let’s Chop!

Place garlic and cilantro in the base of the Chop ’N Prep™ Chef. Pull cord 2–3 times to chop. Remove cover

and add parsley to the mixture. Pull cord another 2–3 times. Remove cover and add remaining ingredients to

the mixture. Pull cord 2–3 times to make a coarse paste. Remove cover and blade, and place the seal on the

container for storage in the refrigerator.

Chimichurri is a South American herb sauce that tastes great over grilled meats. This simple recipe for the

flavorful sauce can be made in seconds in the Chop ’N Prep™ Chef.

Summer Raspberry Dressing


1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)

4 tsp. granulated sugar

2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

½ cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup balsamic vinegar

½ cup extra virgin olive oil


Let’s Cook!

Add raspberries and sugar to the base of the Quick Chef fitted with the blade attachment and turn handle

to purée. Replace the blade with the paddle attachment and add Dijon mustard. Turn handle to combine.

Use the funnel attachment to add vinegars and olive oil. Turn handle to combine. Season dressing with

a pinch of salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Try this dressing in the Quick Chef; it pairs well with a spinach salad accented by dried cranberries, feta cheese

and a sprinkle of walnuts.

Serve this delicious and spicy dip at your next party with tortilla chips or sliced raw vegetables in the

Chip ‘N Dip or Serving Center® Set. It’s a crowd favorite!

Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Serves: 4 • Total Time: 25 minutes

4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 shallots, minced in Chop ’N Prep™ Chef

2 cups cremini mushrooms, sliced

½ cup dry white wine or white wine vinegar

1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth

⅓ cup heavy cream

4 tbsp. green onion, chopped


Let’s Cook!

Pat dry chicken breasts with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a Chef Series™

6-Qt./5.7 L Sauté Pan over medium heat. Add chicken breasts to hot pan, cooking 6 minutes per side. Reduce

heat to Medium-low. Transfer chicken to a plate and cover with aluminum foil to hold in heat and moisture. Add

shallot to hot pan and sauté until translucent, stirring with the Saucy Silicone Spatula. Add mushrooms and cook

for an additional 2 minutes. Add wine, chicken broth and cream, scraping the browned bits from the bottom of

the pan. Simmer 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened. Place chicken breast on center of a serving plate,

spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with chopped green onion. Serve with a green salad or on a bed of rice.

This is a riff on the old favorite chicken with cream-of-mushroom casserole. Using fresh ingredients makes all the

difference in this crowd-pleaser for family dinner.

Apple Upside-Down Cake

Serves: 12 • Prep Time: 15 minutes • Total Time: 25 minutes

cooking spray

3 tbsp. butter, melted

3 tbsp. brown sugar

2 tsp. Simple Indulgence™ Cinnamon-Vanilla

Seasoning Blend

21 oz./595 g can sliced apples, drained, or 2 fresh

apples (see note)

2 egg whites

18.25 oz./515 g box yellow cake mix

12 oz./340 mL. can non-alcoholic beer

Spray the TupperWave® Stack Cooker 3-Qt./3 L Casserole and Cone with cooking spray. In a small bowl,

combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and 1 tsp. Seasoning Blend. Toss with half the apples. Layer the

apple mixture on the bottom of the Casserole. Set aside. Place egg whites in base of the Whip ’N Prep™ Chef.

Replace cover, turn handle and whip egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add the other half of the apples and

continue to whip until slightly mashed. Place the mixture in a Wonderlier® bowl, along with the cake mix, beer,

1 tsp. Seasoning Blend and the apple mixture. Mix together with a Saucy Silicone Spatula. Pour cake batter

over the apples in the Casserole. Microwave on High power for 10 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out

clean when inserted into the center of the cake. Unmold onto a serving platter; serve warm or room temperature.

NOTE: If using fresh apples, peel, core, and chop the apples. Place half the chopped apples directly into the cake batter. Use the remaining apples to line the bottom of the Casserole, as instructed.

Flan in Minutes

Serves: 4 • Prep time: 5 minutes • Steam Time: 16 minutes

4 eggs

1½ cups 2% milk

¾ cup granulated sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

¼ tsp. salt

bottled caramel sauce

Place all ingredients in base of your Whip ’N Prep™ Chef. Replace cover and blend until well combined.

Pour mixture evenly into four ramekins and place in the Tupperware® SmartSteamer. Microwave at

50 percent power for 16 minutes or until custard is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.

Chill in refrigerator for several hours. To serve, run a knife around the edges to loosen and invert onto plates.

Top with a prepared caramel sauce if desired.
