MAGNUM SPP shafts available in 4340 Sascolloy and 4140 finish machined to specification. They are available as forged or machined from our round stock materials.

MAGNUM SPP fabricates’ pedestals and casts’ high-pressure suction plates.

Bearing assemblies, housings, shafts, shaft sleeves and pedestals interchange with OEM parts. SPP housings are manufactured in ASTM A-148, and redesigned with heavier wall sections, which can be rebuilt via welding and rebored to bearing tolerances, unlike the OEM typical cast iron housings.

Non-wear products

MAGNUM SPP wear-parts are manufactured in accordance with our Bellenite 28% High Chrome White Iron Material with a minimum through-hardness of 650 BHN. All wear-parts are heat treated in compliance with our proprietary Three Steps Heat Treatment Process to ensure better grouping and alignment of the primary and growth of secondary groups of carbides in the micro-structure of the martensite.

Engineering MAGNUM SPP has re-enginered slurry pump parts for over 20 years. Our in-house engineering capabilities, coupled with our metallurgical expertise in white-iron materialswill assure proper fitment as well as greater wear life.

General WarrantyAll Magnum re-engineered products carry a two-phase warranty. Initially, all products arewarranted to fit in accordance with the application. The second phase of our waranty warranted to fit in accordance with the application. The second phase of our waranty guarantees our products to be more economical than the OEM or any current supplier for the same application. The scale of economic value for waranty purposes is at the methodand discretion of the customer.
