Licensing Office 365 Add-OnsIn the Enterprise Agreement

Add-ons provide the easiest way for customers to add Office 365 services at any time,

while maintaining their current Enterprise Agreement and corresponding Software

Assurance (SA) benefits.

Unchanged licensing requirements in the Enterprise Agreement.

License all Qualified Users/devices per existing EA (e.g., CAL Suites, Office Pro Plus,

etc.).

Maintain SA and receive all SA benefits (e.g., new version rights, etc.).

Add-ons are Additional Products and do not satisfy the underlying EA

requirements.

All new Qualified Users/Devices must be trued-up per existing EA (e.g., CAL Suites,

Office Pro Plus, etc.).

Add-ons licenses are per user for Office 365 services on non-Qualified Devices and

on Qualified Devices already licensed under the EA (for up to five total).
