Product View: Usage by Customer

Views allow you to do just that - view information in a customizable format. There are pre-defined templates such as Product List, Worksheet, Inventory, and Usage by Customer. Use any of these views and add additional columns and filters, to create a new view!

The example given below will give you the information to find out who you should contact that has purchased any mascara from you within the specified date range.

1. From the Shortcuts form under Products, click View Products & Inventory.

2. On the Product List tool bar under the View drop-down, select Usage by Customer.

3. From the Filter side bar, select the applicable filter for the items to include such as Date Range, Category, Group, Product Line, Section, etc. (For the example below, the filters applied are all customers that purchase a mascara since the beginning of 2015.)
