NEW JERSEY DEVILS PRUDENTIAL CENTERThe first new professional sports arena to be built in metropolitan New York/New Jersey in 25 years, the Prudential Center was a highly visible project built in the heart of downtown Newark. With the scheduled opening day set in stone, the project involved 700 to 800 workers on site putting in place nearly $1 million of work per day. With a teamwork mentality and an unfaltering commitment to getting the job done, the Gilbane team made sure the doors were open on time.

CLEVELAND INDIANS PROGRESSIVE FIELDGilbane has provided CM and design-build services throughout multiple off-seasons to enhance and improve Progressive Field and the fan experience. Phase I included redesign of the stadium’s Gate C entrance, construction of a new two-story indoor-outdoor bar, renovation of the two-story Kid’s Clubhouse, and construction of new stacked bullpen’s in center field. Phase II included renovations to the main concourse, addition of new concession options, construction of a new club behind home plate, renovation of the media control room, and construction of new standing room in left field. Additional phases have included renovations to numerous suites and the stadium’s club lounge area.

3PROGRESSIVE FIELD - CLEVELAND, OH

BALTIMORE RAVENS M&T BANK STADIUMOccurring in multiple phases, Gilbane provided CM services for upgrades to M&T Bank Stadium. Phase I included replacing and enlarging the end zone video boards and ribbon boards around the stadium and associated expansion and construction of new media and digital control rooms. Phase II included four new suites built into each open notch of the stadium’s upper bowl. Large 4K ultra-high definition video boards were also installed atop each of the four suites, providing fans with additional in-game content, NFL highlights/scores, statistics and fantasy football information. Additional phases include a new club and VIP party deck and various upgrades to concession stands, lounge areas, and the main kitchen.

› Boston Red Sox Fenway Park. Gilbane has been providing CM services to Fenway Park since 2007. We have partnered with the Boston Red Sox and subcontractors to ensure all work met all milestones within the fast-track schedules to meet each Opening Day. Recent improvements have included a new section of seating along the first base line, addition of 150 new seats to the left field line, and an additional luxury suite with 35 seats and private outdoor group area.
