Once logged in your view will look like this;

FOCUS AREA – GAMES MANAGEMENT

The menu options within this specific account are a starting point. This can be refined as we further discover and analyse all requirements across the board.Our focus area to begin with will be around the Games Management section.When creating and managing Competitions, an integral first step is to ensure that all relevant Clubs and Venues have been created in the system.

Creating a CompetitionWe can create a brand-new competition in seconds.Select Competitions & League Tables from the Games Management menuSelect Create a Competition

Select the desired teams for the competition, then hit Create CompetitionSelect from the the options of templates pre-created, these auto fixture templates are based on how many teams are selected for the competition. These templates can be added to at any time.

From this screen, scroll to the bottom and move aling to the next step

When selecting an Age/Division/Grade the

system will then automatically populate

all eligible teams for that grade

You can add the details here if you wish, you can also come back and edit these details at a later date through the Games Editor section. It is generally best to at least add the date/s for each round at this point.

After clicking on Create Fixtures button – you have completed a full season of fixtures.

The main tasks from this point will be managing/viewing upcoming matches via the Game Editor section. Here can define which games you are looking to view by date range, or you can filter via the advanced search.

Inputting Results is also a simple process.Simply select Input Results which will take you to that page to select games either from a date range or per competition.

After selecting your dates or competition, your available games within your selection will appear;

Simply enter the relevant scores next to each team, then select Input Results at the bottom of the page.

This process can be completed via an automated text message, or by the umpire/official logging in and registering the scores themselves. There many options as to how you would best like the resulting process completed.

After scores have been resulted, this will automatically update the relevant Competition Ladder.

To review, select Competitions & League Tables from the Game Management menu.You will then see the Competitions Summary page. Select configure next to the competition you wish to review.

This will then take you to the Competition detail page
