ESM are an international sports management company governing

all sports provision in schools and ensuring delivery of programs are

at a level of quality expected from the developed international norms.

Through a combination of internally delivered sports and activities

and externally governed providers, ESM sit as a premium sports

coaching service which meets high standards expected from

international and Emirati parents.

DELTA deliver an exciting instructional programme which deepens

academic learning but is imbued with real-world relevance and

HOW TO REGISTER

To register your child/children onto an after-school activity programme, you will

need to click on the below link:

Create a log in and password.

Step 2:

Create a parent profile.

Step 3:

Create a student profile for your child/children

Step 4:

Once all profiles have been created, select ‘Dashboard’ (this will take you back to the homepage).

Select ‘After School Activities’

Select ‘Add booking’.

Select ‘School and term’

Click ‘Next step’.

This will generate the full list of After School Activity programmes being offered at the school.

Choose the activity you wish to register your child for.

Click ‘book’.

This will be ‘added to cart – go to checkout’ or select more activities

Click ‘proceed to checkout’.

• You can register your child onto as many programmes as you like, providing they are not being

offered on the same day and time.

• You can register your child onto the programmes at any time throughout the term. Prices will

automatically be pro-rated depending on the number of weeks left.

**24-hour lockout**

It is important to note that there is a 24-hour cut off period where you cannot register onto a

programme that starts less than 24 hours before that particular class for Child Safegaurding

purposes. This is to ensure that Homeroom Teachers can be notified in time so that the children can

be brought to the correct locations.

For example, if you wish to register for a programme running on a Tuesday 3:00pm-4:00pm, you must

register your child no later than 3:00pm on the Monday. If you register after this time, your child’s first

session would commence on the following week’s Tuesday.
