Site/Playing field:

Grading site on the East side of building to be ongoing.

Cleaning up areas in preparation of plaza work is ongoing.

Underground drainage and irrigation at the playing field

is ongoing.

Concrete Flatwork:

Area 1-Suite and Press level tub intermediate stairs are

ongoing.

Area 1- Platform for Stadium Suite bar area is complete.

Area 3-Base slab at cauldron club extended out for

curtain wall installation is complete.

Finishing of exposed concrete walls to be ongoing.

Area 1- SOG work at SW toilet entry to be completed.

Masonry:

Block installation at NW transformer area to be ongoing.

Block installation at Terrace Bar is ongoing.

Block installation at SW toilet entry to be ongoing.

Sealing and final wash of block on the East side to begin.

Stone:

Area 1-Stone installation in area H to be ongoing.

Steel:

Installation of roll up doors in concessions is ongoing.

Installation of stone support steel at Stadium Suite is

ongoing.

Area 3-Subroof under Stair #1 to be ongoing.

Installation of SE corner screen wall tubes is ongoing.

Installation of bar joists and roof decking in area H to begin.

Installation of dock overhead doors to begin.

Roofing and Sheet metal:

Area 1-Alucobond metal panel installation at Suite and

Press level on field side is near complete.

Alucobond metal panel and subgirt installation is

ongoing at Concourse buildings.

Drilling anchors for exterior fins is ongoing in all areas.

Area 3-Concourse building roofing is ongoing in the SE.

Louver installation at East side is complete.

Gutter shrouds at canopy gutter are ongoing.

Canopy deck flashing installation is ongoing.

Polycarbonate:

Area 1-Polycarbonate installation is ongoing.

Area 2-Polycarbonate installation is ongoing.

Metal Stud Framing/Drywall/Ceilings:

Area 1- Drywall installation is near complete.

Area 3-Drywall installation and finishing is near complete.

DAFS installation is ongoing at exterior soffits.

Stud framing for North screenwall/ metal panels is ongoing.

Drywall installation in concessions/retail areas is

Ongoing.

FRP installation in Concessions is ongoing.

Ceiling grid installation is ongoing on all levels.

Glass:

Area 1-Storefront at 24-27 lines installation is

complete.

Area 1-installation of aluminum door frames is ongoing.

Area 1-installation of store fronts at VIP entrance is

complete.

Installation of storefronts at Main Concourse retail

buildings is ongoing.

Installation of Press level Solar innovation sliders is

ongoing.

Area 1- installation of interior storefronts is ongoing.

MEP:

Ductwork installation in the west tower is complete

and is ongoing on the East side field level.

Plumbing rough is complete in the west tower and is

ongoing on the East side field level.

Installation of metal panels at concessions.

Block work at SW toilet entrance.

Building the Future

Site-SE and SW transformers have been energized.

NW transformer is now set and primary cables are being pulled to transformer.

Installation of the backbone cable is complete and is terminated

in the IT rooms.

All racks and cabinets in the West tower have been

assembled and termination of cables is near complete.

Concession building rough in for all MEP is near complete.

Installation of permanent lights and speakers in soffits is ongoing.

Fixtures and devices are being installed in the West

tower and termination of branch circuits is ongoing.

South scoreboard module installation is complete.

Sub air equipment is installed and all secondary

work is complete.

Area 1-installation of toilet fixtures on Suite and Field level

is ongoing.

Broadcast cable pulls from loading dock to the Video

Production room is ongoing.

Tie –in of canopy gutters to downspouts is ongoing.

North scoreboard structure installation to begin.

Elevators:

F1 elevator installation is near completion.

P2 & P3 elevator installation is ongoing.

P4 & P5 elevator installation is ongoing.

P1 has been delivered and installation to begin.

Painting:

Area 1-Painting at Field level is ongoing.

Area 1-Painting in Main Concourse buildings is ongoing.

Area 1-Painting on Press and Suite level is near complete.

Sealing of exposed concrete floors is ongoing.

Resinous flooring at field level is ongoing.

Resinous flooring in Concessions, Suite, and Press

is ongoing.

Painting of stair structure and walls is ongoing.

Tile:

Tile in Suites on Suite level is complete.

Tile installation in club areas at Suite and Press levels

has begun.

Tile in restrooms at all levels is ongoing.

Installation of storefronts at V.I.P entrance.
