Freight

It is the individual companies’ responsibility for freighting all equipment to the venue, and to properly mark all boxes. Information about delivery times will be made available shortly.

Conflict of Interest

Please note due to sponsorships in place with ASICS & BDF, we will not be able to accept any other shoe exhibitors, and other taping exhibitors will be able display their products, but will not be able to distribute samples.

Corporate Membership Discount

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitors are required to pay a $1,000 deposit per booth when booking to secure a booth(s). This deposit is non-refundable if no further payment is made and an exhibitor cancels.

A 50% refund of full payment including the deposit will be provided if a company cancels before the 1st of August 2018. No refund will be provided if a company cancels after close of business on the 1st of August 2018.

Security

The Conference organisers will not be responsible for any theft or damage of stands. However, every effort will be made to ensure the security of the Trade Exhibition.

Companies that exhibited at the 2016 SMA Conference in Melbourne or the 2017 ASICS SMA Conference in Langkawi are eligible for special discounts:

• A 5% discount for one booth booked

• A 10% discount if two or more booths are booked
