Notes: • Priority of choice is valid until 30 June 2020. Allocation will be done according to the Sponsorship Level / Total Contribution to the Conference. After this deadline, all bookings will be accepted on a first come, first serve. The organizing committee reserves the right to make decisions on any conflicts in priority of choice if agreement cannot be reached between parties. • Branded items will carry 1 logo, either company or product logo only. • Special Requests, Tailored packages can be arranged to suit your objectives. CONTRACTS & CONFIRMATION

SPONSORSOnce a Sponsor Booking Form is received, a contract will be sent to you for signature with an accompanying invoice. This contract should be signed and returned with 100% payment from the Sponsor.

Upon receipt of the Sponsors Booking Form, the organizer will reserve the items listed in it. Completion of the Booking Form by the Sponsors shall be considered as a commitment to purchase the items.

TERMS AND CONDITIONSTerms and Conditions are included in this Prospectus and will be included in the agreement.

BOOKING PROCEDURES AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

TERMS OF PAYMENT • 100 % upon receipt of the Agreement and first invoice • All payments must be received before the start date of COVID-19 Virtual Conference. Should the Sponsors fail to complete payments prior to the commencement of COVID-19 Virtual Conference, the Conference secretariat will be entitled to cancel the reservation while cancellation will be subject to cancellation fees as determined below;

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION POLICY

Cancellation or modification of items must be made in writing to the Conference secretariat at [email protected]

THE ORGANIZERS SHALL RETAIN: • 50% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/ reduction is made on or before 1 July 2020. • 100% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/ reduction is made on or after 2 July 2020.
