Fun Walk/Run

Secondary Schools Symposium

AGREEMENTSPONSORSHIP



Sponsorship Agreement

Theundersignedherebyagreestobeasponsor(“Sponsor”)ofInternationalBusinessWeek2013(IBW2013)atthesponsorshiplevelsasindicatedbelow.

The Sponsor shall provide monetary compensation in the amount as set forth for the sponsorship type chosen by the Sponsor.

It is understood that this sponsorship agreement represents a legally binding obligation of the Sponsor and that the Barbados International Business Association(BIBA)isrelyingontheSponsortoprovidethecashpaymentsasset forth for the sponsorship levels indicated below.

Payment:Paymentmustbereceivednolaterthan10businessdaysfromthedate the Sponsor’s offer is accepted, or at least one calendar month prior to the event, whichever is sooner, in order to guarantee the Sponsor’s association with IBW 2013

Substitutions/Cancellations: Any cancellation must be received in writing at least28dayspriortothecommencementoftheevent.Acancellationfeeof20%willbeincurredonallcancellationsreceivedbeforethistime.Afterthisdate, we regret cancellations cannot be accepted and Sponsors will be liable forpaymentof100%ofthecommittedamount.Wherepaymenthasalreadybeen made, no refund will be given.

Important notes: This sponsorship form constitutes a legally binding contract between BIBA and the Sponsor. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of BIBA to make changes to the programme of events for IBW 2013, including(withoutlimitation)changestothecontentandtimingofanevent,the speakers and the date, or a venue. BIBA will use its reasonable endeavors to keep the Sponsor affected by such changes notified. In the unlikely occurrence of the Sponsor’s event being cancelled, BIBA will either refund the Sponsor’s fee or credit it forward to the same or comparable event in IBW 2014 but disclaims any further liability and will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses howsoever caused.
