Thank you for expressing your interest to be one of our co-partners and sponsors to the DOLE 2012 Labor Day celebration, one of the centerpiece events of which is the Job and Livelihood Fair.

Following our meeting with your official, Ms. Mary Ng, at the DOLE-NCR office last Thursday, 12 April 2012, we wish to inform you of the media values we offer to you as co-partner sponsor to the 2012 Labor Day Job and Livelihood Fair, to wit:

1. One (1) 2m X 4m booth inside the event venue (World Trade Center) where you can display and sell your products/services;

2. One (1) tent outside the event venue, to serve as sponsor's waiting/holding area, or venue for product or services display and sales;

3. Mention in DOLE press releases as one of our event co-partners/sponsors;

4. Upload/display of corporate brand/logo to the DOLE website until 05 May; for the regions, the DOLE, through the LCO, will enjoin/encourage the upload/display in regional websites;

5. Upload/display of corporate brand/logo to the Labor Day 2012 Facebook account;

6. Display of tarps, banners, or buntings (balloons) in parking area (vicinity of the venue);

7. Live acknowledgment during event and intermission programs.

The above media values shall be in consideration of your invaluable support to the Labor Day 2012 event through:

1. Sponsorship of a half-page advertorial supplement of the DOLE on 01 May in the Manila Bulletin;

2. Plug of the Job and Livelihood Fair in radio or TV program which the FFCCCII has a current advertising sponsorship; and

3. Sponsorship of freebies of the co-partner's/sponsor's choice for job applicants.

If the FFCCCII, as co-partner/sponsor, on its own, is to place a separate radio, TV, or print advertisement about its being a DOLE co-partner/sponsor, such advertisement shall include the Labor Day 2012 logo theme and design.

In addition to the above, may we request you to sponsor 200 pieces free-sized T-shirts as freebies for the Labor Day 2012 celebration and 5,000 cards for the Phil-Jobnet.
