Welcome The Australasian Association for Engineering Education (AAEE) Conference warmly invites you to become a sponsor and/or exhibitor of their 27th Annual Conference, hosted by Southern Cross University, and held at the Novotel Pacific Bay Resort, Coffs Harbour from 4-7 December 2016.

The Novotel Pacific Bay Resort is situated on the East Coast of Australia, surrounded by ocean, mountains, natural forest and banana plantations. The Coffs Harbour Campus of Southern Cross University is a short drive away, with its National Marine Science Centre a short walk from the venue. Since its first offering in 1989, the AAEE conference series has grown into a well-respected and well-known forum aimed to promote scholarship in engineering education and to facilitate the dissemination of best practices throughout the engineering education community. The theme for 2016 is “The Changing Role of the Engineering Educator for developing the Future Engineer”. Conference Schedule AAEE2016 offers a three-day program which consists of keynote lectures, technical paper presentations academia and graduate students, together with social events.

In order to provide excellent exposure, the exhibitions will be located in the immediate vicinity of the conference meeting rooms at Novotel Pacific Bay Resort, Coffs Harbour.

All exhibition locations include a table, two chairs, electrical outlet and wireless internet access. Exhibitors will need to provide their own tablecloth, brochure displays, pull up banners, promotional material and extension/power boards.

The location of a company’s exhibition space(s) will be reserved at the discretion of the Committee. Places are limited and based on a first come first served basis.
