Community Collaborative Initiative for Excellence in Early Childhood Education

4K Prep Academy is a nonprofit service based business, specializing in Exceptional Early Childhood Education. The Academy will offer a Full day 4-5 Year Old Kindergarten Program, a 4K Summer Program, Educational Weekend Workshops for children and families, Workshops featuring additional educational leaders with specialty programs as well as Parent and School Connections and Parent Resources. The goal of 4K Prep Academy is to promote the importance of excellence in education and to inspire and empower our young children through education so they will become productive students and citizens. As their mentors and leaders, we must set an outstanding example, valuing the importance of education. 4K Prep Academy commits to implementing the Leading Teaching Curriculum and Strategies to support the students we serve in developing character through exploration, discovery and cooperation, so they embrace their true sense of self. We will do this through collaboration, valuing the importance of working together with families, our schools, and our community to confidently prepare our young learners for the public and parochial schools that they will be attending. 4K Programming and Excellence in Early Childhood Education is the Academy is extremely passionate about. It is an invaluable necessity for students' success when beginning their journey in education. Over the course of the last two and a half years, I have worked diligently to bring a nonprofit All day 4-5K Program to our Community. This was my en devour as at the time the Unified School District of East De Pere had no future plans for a 4K Program. Through my journey to implement a program, I have gained much insight through research, further education and in immersing myself in the world of 4K Education, collaborating with educational experts and gaining a strong network of support.4K Prep Academy has retained a Strong System of support through families with in the community, Teachers, Business Leaders, College Professors, the Urban Hope Entrepreneur Center, a Board of Directors, an Advisory Team, Mentors with 4K Programming, a client base of students and volunteers who are committed to the en devour of 4K Prep Academy. With this network of educated, experienced and dedicated individuals, the Academy truly has the makings for a supreme educational facility in the East De Pere Community! We would ask you to please join us to help us be a Leader in Early Childhood Education.

Community Collaboration Sponsorships/Donations In addition to our 4K Programming, the Academy is also Beginning a Collaboration Site to work with other Early Childhood Educational Facilitates. It is our goal to work together to bring excellence to Early Childhood Education. The Academy will also be working with St. Norbert College and the University of Wisconsin Green Bay and their Education students. This collaboration will enable teachers in training to implement what they are learning and become stronger leaders in education, as well as provide more adults for educational interaction with in our program.

Early Childhood Education is the Foundation that cements our future Leaders Perspective about Education, Their Sense of Self, How to Communicate and Collaborate with Others, as well as learning an ever demanding curriculum. It is imperative that in these Golden Educational Years, Each Child Fosters Confidence, Wonder, Self Esteem, Self Determination, Self Regulation and as many experiences in Education that we can provide. Collaboration is Key! Through Sponsorship, donations and volunteering, the Academy will live out its en devour and continue to work towards excellence in early childhood education! Our Academy's purpose is to be a Leader in Early Childhood Education and Foster a Community Connection that encourages a great beginning for our further community leaders. The Academy sincerely hopes for the assistance of our community to continue our efforts forward and embrace collaboration for excellence in education.
