Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP) is committed to defending and advancing the rights of immigrants throughout Washington State. NWIRP is the largest nonprofit immigration legal services organization in the United States.

For 36 years, NWIRP has provided direct immigration legal services for low-income immigrants, helping people obtain citizenship, asylum, work permits, protection from deportation, and protections for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and trafficking. NWIRP challenges and changes policies and practices that are unjust, unfair, or discriminatory and helps immigrants better understand their legal rights through community education efforts.
