KUALA LUMPUR, 23 September 2013- According to a recent JobStreet.com survey, employers are increasingly looking beyond academic results when it comes to hiring fresh graduates.

The NUMBER ONE deciding factor is

In November 2011, a Jobstreet poll of human resource managers found that more than 50 per cent of respondents said they were unable to hire the graduates because of "poor communication skills and a notably lack of command of the English language".
