Inclusive estimates, with tables, chairs, linen, china, silverware, staffing, bar service, your menu, appetizers, dance floor, planning coordinator, day-of coordinating team, all taxes and gratuities are included. This means no surprises at the end of your big day. 802.862.8300
Vendor Team
When you and your guests arrive to the dock, you will be guided to your deck and catered to by your personal staff for the event. All decks include an outside area for enjoying the views and socializing.
The Spirit of Ethan Allen cruises Lake Champlain at 5 different departure times. The most popular times are 2-5:30PM and 6:30-10:30 PM. If you are interested in a brief celebration on board or later cruise time, we can accommodate this as well.
On board, The Spirit of Ethan Allen provides you with all of the staff that you need for your meal, setup and bar. We do have a list of suggested vendors who we have enjoyed working with. If you know of a DJ/Band, Certified Bakery or Florist that you would like to have, that is fine by us as well.
Let there be no limit but your imagination when selecting your menu. Whether it is a social mix of food, appetizers, buffet or the most delicious farm-to-table plated meal that you can imagine, we have it right on board. Our chef is eager to create a menu for you. No need to hire outside vendors for your meal.
Ceremony is Free
You can be rest assured that your ceremony will be among the most exquisite with surrounding views of The Green and Adirondack Mountain Ranges. We have multiple ceremony sites on each level, making for a unique backdrop for your Vermont Wedding.
WATERFRONT VENUE
Not only is The Spirit of Ethan Allen one of Burlington’s select venues on the waterfront, we take your guests on to the lake to give them the most amazing views and an experience to be remembered. Accommodations are one block away from our dock where your guests can easily walk to after your wedding. During the morning of, your guests can enjoy the wonder of Church Street Marketplace or a stroll along the bike path.

Total Savings when booking our inclusive venue begin from the start. We are a functioning event space and restaurant all season, so we have exactly what you need, no need to rent anything. Overall, you can save $5,000 + while giving your guests an experience on the Lake. This is priceless!

Chair covers help to personalize your wedding reception. Chair Affair is our favorite and they will be delivered and
set up for you for $7.00/each.
Your afternoon wedding with 75 guests starts at $3-4,000 with your DJ and dessert, favorite menu and greeting beverage.
Your sunset wedding for 125 guests, DJ, Photo Booth, Menu package, chair covers and hosted
bar ranges from $8-15,000. This will include everything that you need!
We are happy to work with you to plan your wedding under your budget. Above are simply estimates.

Greetings from the Henley Park hotel in Washington DC! Just wanted to thank you for playing such an enormous role in making our wedding so magical! From day-one, our coordinator, Sarah, was welcoming, friendly, and excited for us. Walking in and receiving a hug put us at ease, and we felt comfortable discussing our ideas for the wedding. Sarah was nothing but kind, courteous, and attentive from the first day's meeting, until the day of the event. When we got on board the ship, the staff of the Spirit were professional, and attentive to not only our needs, but the needs of all of our guests.
