The SPI series centrifugal
extractors offer all the

oil centrifuges, such as:

of the liquid, modifying
consequently the staying time of
husk and oil, depending on type,
quality and conditions of the olives
and on the quality of the outlet oil.

It is possible to adjust the
differential speed of the scroll,
modifying the staying time of the
husk along the cone beach, and
consequently its residual
humidity and fats content,
depending on type, quality and
conditions of the olives.

Réglabilité du niveau de l'huile
On peut diminuer ou augmenter le
volume des liquides à l’intérieur du
tambour, en modifiant ainsi le délai de
permanence du grignon et de l'huile
suivant la qualité et les caractéristiques
des olives utilisées, mais aussi suivant
la qualité désirée de l'huile sortant de
la centrifugeuse.
Variabilité du nombre de tours de la
vis transporteuse
On peut varier le nombre de tours de
la vis transporteuse pour modifier le
temps de séjour du grignon le long de
la plage du cône et, par conséquent,
son degré d'humidité et de graisses,
suivant les caractéristiques et la
qualité des olives.
