Dawn

Egan is a salt cavern storage facility located in Acadia Parish, Louisiana with 30 billion cubic feet of working capacity and 2.5 billion cubic feet per day of peak withdrawal capability. Egan’s strategic location provides access to Northeast, Midwest, Gulf Coast and Southeast markets.

A full range of firm and interruptible services are offered including park and loans, wheeling, balancing, peaking services for electric generation facilities and free like-kind title transfers. Typical features of the firm service are 6 to 12 turn capabilities, secondary access to all meter locations, pre-determined excess injection and withdrawal rates, and pre-determined wheeling rates.

Egan Hub StorageMoss Bluff Storage

Located in Liberty County, Texas, Moss Bluff is a salt cavern storage facility with 21 billion cubic feet of working capacity and 1.1 billion cubic feet per day of peak withdrawal capability. With access to four intrastate pipelines and two interstate pipelines, Moss Bluff provides a valuable connection to the large Texas power generation market, as well as the Midwest and Northeast markets.

A full range of firm and interruptible services are offered including park and loans, wheeling, balancing services, peaking services for electric generation facilities and free like-kind title transfers. Typical features of the firm service are 4 to 12 turn capabilities, secondary access to all meter locations, pre-determined excess injection and withdrawal rates, and pre-determined wheeling rates.

Bobcat Gas Storage

Purchased in September 2010, Bobcat is a salt cavern storage facility located in St. Landry Parish, Louisiana and certificated for 46 billion cubic feet of capacity.

Currently, two caverns are in operation with a total of 14 billion cubic feet of capacity. Three additional salt caverns are in development for completion by 2016. Partial expansion capacity will be available beginning April 2012.

Spectra Energy has implemented its flexible storage model allowing for secondary access to all meter locations, pre-determined excess injection and withdrawal rates, and pre-determined wheeling rates. A full range of firm and interruptible services are offered including 6 to 12 turn firm service, park and loans, wheeling, balancing services, peaking services for electric generation facilities and free like-kind title transfers.

Texas Eastern Union Gas Dawn Storage Saltville Gas StorageSteckman Ridge, a 12 billion cubic feet depleted reservoir storage facility in Bedford County, Pennsylvania, is a joint venture between NJR Steckman Ridge Storage Company and Spectra Energy Transmission.

Given its strategic location, SteckmanRidge provides balancing and storage services for Marcellus / Rocky Mountain producers and Mid-Atlantic / Northeast markets. Firm storage services feature 1 to 2 turn ratcheted or unratcheted service with no obligation to fill or withdraw from storage. Interruptible storage services include park and loans, balancing services, and free like-kind title transfers.

Located 22 miles southeast of Sarnia, Ontario, the Union Gas Dawn Facility is a world class natural gas trading hub. The Dawn Facility is the largest underground storage facility in Canada with 155 billion cubic feet of high deliverability depleted reservoir storage.

Ten major pipelines have inter-connections in the Dawn area, providing a variety of supply options and a market hub for all shippers. This integration means shippers can source natural gas from all major North American supply basins and transport gas downstream to markets in Eastern Canada and the Northeast United States, or upstream to markets in the Midwest United States.

A full range of firm and interruptible services are offered including park and loans, high deliverability, peak / off peak, and seasonal storage.

Saltville Gas Storage is embedded salt formations and a depleted reservoir storage operation. Located in Saltville, Virginia, the facility provides high deliverability storage and balancing services to markets in Tennessee, Virginia and North Carolina.

Saltville has 5.4 billion cubic feet of working capacity and is capable of delivering up to 300 million cubic feet of natural gas per day to the surrounding region.

Firm and interruptible storage services available with 2-12 turn service at tariff based rates.

Texas Eastern’s storage facilities consist of three depleted reservoir storage fields – Accident, Oakford, and Leidy – located in Pennsylvania and Maryland. With 75 Bcf of capacity in the market area, Texas Eastern provides customers the ability to inject during low demand periods and withdraw to meet peak-day demands.

Firm services consist of one turn service at tariff based rates.
