SPECIFICATIONS:The gasket shall be nitrile to resist water, chemicals and con-taminants.

The repair clamp shall have all metal parts made of 304 SS. Stainless steel bot be fully passivated. TECK™ fingers and studs shall be welded to the bracket. Brackets shall be welded directly to the band. Nuts shall have captive (attached) swivel washers which pass through the TECK™ bracket while on the stud for simple installation, without lifter bar. Nuts shall be fluoropolymer coated to prevent galling.

The Cambridge Brass repair clamp shall have a 20 gauge type 304 stainless steel band. The band shall be a minimum of 8” in width.

Recommended bolt torque - 60 ft./lbs.NBR gasket certified to Standard NSF 61.
